About the Role
As a Lead Data Scientist - Marketing Analytics, you will oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to drive marketing decisions. You will develop predictive models and algorithms to enhance marketing effectiveness. You will collaborate with marketing strategists to translate data insights into actionable strategies and mentor junior data scientists. This role is remote. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the virtual office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees if needed.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to drive marketing decisions.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and their applications in marketing.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients.
You might thrive in this role if you:
- Have a deep understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- Possess strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Have extensive experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

These attributes are nice to have:
- PhD or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
